After graduating from Harvard Law, Demos was an associate with Cravath, Swaine & Moore in New York, then moved to the Paris offices of Shearman & Sterling, and then founded the law firm of Armeniades & Associates, with offices in Paris and Moscow. He's a specialist in International M&A, Joint Ventures, Arbitration and Blockchain Technologies, and has served as special counsel to the President of Turkmenistan. He's handled multi-billion dollar files, and been involved in arbitrations pursuant to the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce, the London Court of International Arbitration, Uncitral and ad hoc arbitrations throughout the world. He’s lectured on the topics of joint-ventures, contractual drafting and alternative dispute resolution at conferences and the PIDA sessions at the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris.
