I am a Conflict Resolution Specialist and Strategic HR Advisor. I have worked in organizational and leadership development for over 20 years, and I have resolved conflicts through coaching, mediation and facilitated discussions. I have a Masters in Dispute Resolution and a Masters in Public Administration, specializing in nonprofit management. I have worked in a variety of industries such as biotech, tech, manufacturing, oil & gas, financial services, retail and others. My focus is on enhancing individuals’ abilities to communicate and interact with others. I assist leaders to develop emotionally intelligent teams poised for high productivity and business success. I've been told that I bring an insightful, practical, and results-oriented approach to alternative dispute resolution, facilitation, and coaching. I engage leaders and team members with strategies and techniques aimed at bringing about organizational and cultural transformation. My approach is valued for my straight-forward communication style as well as sensitivity for dealing with complex and emotional issues.
