Why did you start this company? What excites you about it? : I was involved in the University of Missouri when it was working on a project to treat baby's with reflux called MarciKids that included a similar product. They decided to drop the project and babies all over the nation started getting sick again. One mom contacted me and told me she had to give her baby CPR. That's when I knew I had to do something to help. Her name is Ceci and here is her story.

Describe the problem you're solving : Treating the 1 Million babies born in the US that suffer tremendous pain and serious symptoms of acid reflux disease.
How are your customers solving that problem today? : Substandard products created for adults that are much to harsh for babies if they are getting help at all.
Who are your competitors and how are you different? : First products made by Cutis Pharmaceutical. (First Omep - First Lans). These products lack stability, taste terrible, create too much gas in a baby's system and costs vary from $250 to $1000 dollars per month for use. TummyCare Max is stable (effective) for 30 days, tastes great, gentle for babies and the cost is an average of $3 per day.

How many customers/users do you currently have? : 2500 total users since conception
How do you plan to acquire customers? : I have two individuals that currently sell to compounding pharmacies that would like to add TummyCare Max to their book of business that could be 1099 commission based consultants. I would spend my days connecting with PEDs of the families that have used our products and get endorsements and ask them to carry and/or prescribe use.
What progress have you made in the last 6 months? : We have filed for our NDC number and identified and FDA cleared facility along with FDA cleared ingredients to repackage our next run of product and are ready to produce are second run of product. Raised an additional $50 in funds
What are you proud of and what keeps you up at night? : I'm proud to be a part of a company that not only is supported by the families we've worked with but is now gaining traction with other people, investors, and potential resources to help us grow. It's one thing to know your company is important. But to get others that see your vision is something to be proud of. The things that keep me up at night is how to get this company name and product more main stream. We are at a point in this project where growth is the number one goal for sustainability.
What steps have you taken to validate the market? : 2 years of sales history of of $250K all by word of mouth from social media groups in facebook and mama forums.
What is your revenue model or expected revenue model? : TAM is $2.4 Billion With support, resources and funding we hope to acquire $24M over 5 years.
