|What type of founders can you help and why||Starting a business is exhilarating and scary all at the same time. Often founders miss basics - and I just dont mean operational basics - I'm referring to fundamentals of what, why, and how they are doing what they are doing. Business fundamentals are not enough to succeed, however. In the quest for funding and profit, culture is often the most overlooked part of a business and I have found it to be the one thing most central to success.
