I have spent the past 25 years of my life and my career in technology. I have held various roles in sales, marketing, business development and program management in Networking, Security, Hardware, Software, SaaS, Paas, Cloud, etc. I have built channels and programs, written highly successful strategic alliance /OEM agreements, one that led to an acquisition, and many that were a tremendous waste of time and energy. I have hired, managed out, and coached into success. I have expanded teams and scaled down teams. I have taken companies into new verticals and geos, and I have had a lot of successes, and kissed a lot of frogs along the way. I have had individual contributor roles and team leadership roles. I have done startups and wind-downs, and everything in between. I have taken companies to exit and I have had my fair share of missteps and false starts along the way as well. All of the things that make a life, and I wouldn’t change a thing. I win or I learn.
