|What type of founders can you help and why||Since I've been involved in this startup community I've connected with many people both young and old and all with incredible ideas. One of the things I hear most from these new entrepreneurs is "How do I raise money?" Brian says it best when he explains that you should concentrate on building your business and the best way to do that is sell yourself, sell your product/service and then sell or pitch your company. Although I do know much about entrepreneurship, the one thing I do know is sales. Selling yourself is the first step. Because being an entrepreneur is more than just coming up with an idea. It's about making that idea come to life and doing whatever it takes to make that happen. I've taken that very path many times and even though I can probably check off area in the list of where I can be helpful I would love to help others by outlining some simple steps to effective selling of themselves, their product or service and then perhaps raising money (which is all sales). Also, because of the nature of my career history I have extensive experience in shipping, operations, product manufacturing and packaging, account acquisition and working with retail chains.|
