After graduating with honors from Purdue University, he was recruited by the amazing company State Farm Ins. to be, at the time, the youngest person ever hired into the agency recruiter role, moved to Los Angeles and continued his education in film and media. With State Farm, he had the privilege of mentoring under some of the most passionate and experienced industry leaders. As the youngest person, he had to prove his grit and out of the box thinking next to decades of experience. He was lucky that their culture was one of support, continued development, and mutual growth. This would help shape his approach to and passion for relationship building and would also influence how he did business as a whole. After spending ten years with State Farm Ins. helping individuals realize their dreams of starting their own business and developing the strategies to grow that business. It was time for him to pursue his own passions. In his new role as head of business development at the marketing agency Lure, he is now able to use his decade of business development experience in conjunction with his extensive media education to uncover the marketing gaps brands may have in their current strategies and develop creative and dynamic ways to help close those gaps propelling their current business to the next level.
